Jacob Lockman

Jacob aspires to be a social innovator at a high-tech company, inventing technologies to solve real-world problems. He has already won recognition from Stanford University for his work developing an assistive device to make it easier for people with cerebral palsy to socialize. Poverty relief, food security, and racial equity are other issues Jacob is passionate about. Co-founder and president of his school’s National Hispanic Honor Society, Jacob is also active with Future Business Leaders of America, Knowledge Bowl, and mock trial. In his spare time, Jacob plays jazz trumpet, referees soccer, and serves as a mentor at STEM camps.
